Curv Group specialises in creating cutting-edge products through a range of industry-leading brands. Each brand has its unique selling points, and they wanted to take these brands global.

Their goal was to create localised landing pages for their brands, Aktive and Statik, which sell products like indestructible charging cables, headphones, power banks, and tyre inflators.

The project required seamless collaboration between their marketing team and our expert translators to ensure the successful localisation of marketing content. We translated landing pages, advertisements, and product descriptions into four languages, maintaining consistency in the brand’s style and tone across all materials.

An additional challenge was ensuring that the translated content fit perfectly within the product images, a task requiring precision and expertise. As the project grew due to increasing sales volume, we continued to support their expanding localisation needs.

Otter is a SaaS platform dedicated exclusively to managing home delivery orders for restaurants. They unify multiple delivery platforms like Glovo, Uber Eats, and Just Eat into a single app, simplifying operations for restaurant owners. Additionally, they offer solutions like POS system integration and analytics to streamline restaurant management.

What began as a start-up has now grown into a successful business with a global presence, operating in the UK, Spain, France, the US, Mexico, and Brazil.

The project required careful planning and execution. One of the first tasks was unifying terminology across all materials, creating a comprehensive glossary, and ensuring that all translated content maintained the brand’s voice and tone.

A significant challenge was deciding whether to maintain the English names of Otter’s solutions or localise them for clarity in the Spanish market. This decision was crucial in avoiding confusion for restaurant clients and ensuring seamless communication across all touchpoints.

Moreover, the SEO strategy played a vital role. We focused on optimising all translated content with the right keywords to ensure visibility in the Spanish market. This involved incorporating localised search terms to ensure the content would rank effectively in local search engines.

By entrusting all translations and localisation tasks to our team, Otter was able to free up valuable time to focus solely on their marketing strategies and sales initiatives. The project resulted in a complete Spanish-language business presence, allowing them to effectively reach Spanish-speaking restaurant owners.

Vincent, the creator and owner of FCM, contacted us to translate and localise his social media content for the Spanish and French markets as part of his ongoing expansion.

Our task was to translate the scripts, record voiceovers in both Spanish and French, and add the corresponding subtitles.

Fast Count Media is a Dutch brand focused on creating engaging social media content, with over 400k followers on each of its channels.

The brand operates on Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, where it posts three-minute video episodes twice a week, covering trending topics from the worlds of social media, music, and fitness.

This is an ongoing project where two videos are uploaded every week, with production closely tied to current topics, so they are not made too far in advance.

Each week, we receive two videos without voiceovers or subtitles. Our team translates the scripts and subtitles, records the voiceover audio, and adds it to the videos, allowing their social media management team to upload them directly along with the thumbnail.

New channels for French and Spanish speakers were launched from scratch and, within the first two years, grew to over 200k and 400k subscribers, respectively.

Seeking reached out to us for expert translation and localisation services to adapt their entire website, content, and email marketing campaigns from English into French, Spanish, Dutch, German, and Italian.

The tone of the Seeking brand needed to remain consistent across all languages to ensure a seamless and culturally relevant experience for users worldwide. Their goal was to transform the platform into a truly multilingual, global service.

Seeking is a premium dating platform created by Reflex Media, aimed at successful individuals seeking what they call "hypergamy."

This concept refers to a union based on love between two people who complement each other by combining their skills, achieving the life of their dreams, and attaining a higher social status.

This project presented several challenges, including managing translation and localisation across multiple languages, adhering to tight deadlines, and handling the high workload, particularly for email marketing campaigns.

As an American company, time zone differences also posed challenges for communication. However, we successfully coordinated meetings at optimal times to finalise details and make key decisions, ensuring the project stayed on track.

The result was a fully multilingual platform that expanded Seeking’s reach, making it accessible to a broader global audience. With the addition of multiple languages, the platform saw a tenfold increase in user engagement.

Special attention was given to the localisation of email marketing campaigns, ensuring they were not only translated but also adapted for cultural relevance. These campaigns performed exceptionally well, in both the original and target languages.

Our work helped convert freemium users into premium members, driving growth across various membership tiers for Seeking and expanding its global presence.
